The China Welfare Lottery uses the sale of lottery tickets that will help the development of social welfare from the country. Considering that its generation in 1987, the Lottery has raised above 537 billion yuan (in excess of HK$617 billion) in public welfare funds by offering tickets for popular games including Double Colour Ball and 3d Lottery.
